The staff is really friendly. There was only one person that worked the front desk that wasn’t very friendly and seemed bothered by basic questions or needs. We were there due to fire evacuations. Most of the longer tenants were friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice bathroom and a tub in the bathroom that was comfy. Outdoor space with a pool and jacuzzi. Great WiFi for streaming and such. Pastries and coffee in the lobby in the morning and water out all day. They went out of their way and ordered pizza for all the evacuees and I thought that was pretty badass.

Place is amazing but what I really lived was the customer service. Reception area check in check out was easy and there was a certain employee there that was so kind always to me and my 2 kids. I can't remember his name but u know he was Filipino. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Housekeeping was also amazing out room was always clean and they were all so friendly. I am definitely booking here for any future booking. Everything was amazing, comfortable, quiet, clean, and friendly. Thank you!

I loved that it is located ON the Van Nuys airport. I love that you can step outside of the back and have private jets sitting right there. I enjoyed all the aviation memorabilia! Most of, Gary, the host, was super helpful, extremely cheerful and full of information! When I stay there again I hope I am able to work with him again!

Exceptionally clean very friendly staff very accommodating. Love this hotel great coffee complimentary in the morning with breakfast. Lovely pool area highly recommended. Very close to everything bus lines great food you can't go wrong with this place go through a third party for a gracious time
